Shipping policy

At j’pour, our commitment is to deliver products to you in a timely, safe, and reliable manner. Every order is handled with care to ensure it reaches you in the best condition.

1. Dispatch & Shipping

  • We accept only prepaid orders. Once your payment is confirmed, your product is dispatched from our office in Gurgaon, Haryana, through reputed courier partners.
  • As soon as your order is handed over to our courier company, you will receive an email confirmation with shipping details.

2. Domestic Shipping Timeline & Charges

  • Orders placed are dispatched by 17:00 IST each business day. Any order placed after 17:00 IST will be shipped the next business day in the same cycle.
  • Domestic shipping timelines vary depending on destination and courier partner, but generally take 5–7 business days.
  • Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not considered business days.
  • Shipping charges. j’pour offers free shipping only where the order value is ₹598 or above (calculated on the order subtotal after discounts, before shipping). For orders below ₹598, a flat shipping fee of ₹100 per order applies. The applicable charge is displayed at checkout; no additional shipping fee will be collected at the time of delivery. If you request a delivery-address change after dispatch, or an incorrect address was provided at purchase, any incremental shipping charges shall be borne by the customer and delivery timelines may be affected.


3. Product Representation

  • Product images displayed on the website and social media are indicative only.
  • While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, actual products may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, or screen-resolution differences.
  • Before making the purchase, please refer to the product dimensions and inclusions for precise details.

4. Delivery Issues

  • If the outer packaging is found tampered or unsealed at the time of delivery, please do not accept the order, and intimate us on the same day of delivery at namaste@jpourluxe.com.
  • Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative (e.g., a family member, colleague, or neighbour). j’pour takes no responsibility for goods signed and received by an alternative person.
  • Please take extra precautions when entering delivery details (house number, area, PIN code, etc.). If the shipping address is incorrect—where the address and postal code do not match—the customer will bear the cost of any to-and-fro charges for the wrong shipping address. Please make sure your shipping address and postal codes are correct.
  • j’pour will not be responsible for delays caused by the courier or logistics providers, natural calamities, acts of God, or other unforeseen circumstances, though we will make every effort to support you.
