Refund policy
1) Scope
This policy governs order cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds for purchases made on www.jpourluxe.com.
2) Definitions

“Business day” means Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays in India.

“Cancellation window” means the period ending 3:00PM (15:00) IST as detailed in Section 3.

“Handmade variations” means reasonable, expected differences arising from hand processes (e.g., minor print misalignments, light colour run/spillage, slubs/knots, small shade variations, etc.).
3) Order Cancellations
a) Orders placed between 00:00-14:59 IST: may be cancelled until 15:00 PM IST (3:00PM) on the same calendar day.
b) Orders placed between 15:00-23:59 IST: may be cancelled until 15:00 PM IST (3:00PM) on the next calendar day.
Upon cancellation of any order after placement (within the applicable cancellation window), a non-refundable cancellation fee of ₹100 per order shall be payable by the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Note: After the cancellation window closes, cancellations are not accepted.
To cancel within the cancellation window, email namaste@jpourluxe.com with your order ID and other details. If your order has been already dispatched, Section 4 applies.
4) Returns & Exchanges
We accept a return/exchange only where:

The product received is incorrect versus the order made by the customer; and

j’pour is notified within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video of the outer package and item, by an email on namaste@jpourluxe.com.
Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered. Returns are inspected on receipt, and the refund is initiated once the same are verified by team j’pour. If however the return is found not eligible for refund, we will courier the same back to you at your expense.
The customer acknowledges that return eligibility is determined by j’pour in its sole discretion. j’pour’s decision on whether a product qualifies for return under this policy is final and binding and shall not be challenged or disputed (including via chargebacks or reversals), except as required by applicable law.
Not Eligible

Handmade variations (defined above) are not defects and are not grounds for return, exchange or refund.
Because our prints are handmade, light colour spillage and minor print variations are natural signs of craft, not imperfections. Refunds cannot be issued for such characteristics. -
Items marked ‘Sale’, ‘Gift Cards’, ‘Custom/Monogrammed’ orders.

5) Process

Email namaste@jpourluxe.com within 24 hours of delivery with Order ID, issue description and clear photos/video.

If approved, we will arrange a reverse pick-up where serviceable; otherwise we’ll share a return address.
6) Refund Method & Timelines

On successful inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 12-15 business days, depending on the issuing bank's policies.
7) Order Modifications
7.1 Timing. Requests to modify an order (including changes to product variant/quantity, delivery address, or contact information) will be accepted only if received within the cancellation window defined in Section 3 and prior to dispatch.
7.2 Address changes and incorrect addresses. Where a delivery address change or correction to an incorrect/incomplete address is requested by the customer, all incremental logistics costs, including carrier re-routing, return, re-attempt and re-shipment fees, shall be borne by the customer. Delivery timelines may be affected.
8) Abuse Of Policy/Repeated Returns
We reserve the right to refuse service or limit returns where misuse is suspected.
